Request a sign-in link
- Open the Meldsy sign-in page and enter your email address.
- Open the newest Meldsy email on the same device when possible.
- Use the single-use link within 15 minutes.
If the email does not arrive
- Wait a minute before requesting another link.
- Check spam or junk folders.
- Confirm the address was typed correctly.
- Use only the newest email if you requested more than one link.
Recover from an invalid or expired link
Return to the sign-in page and request a fresh link. Each link works once; an older email cannot be reused after a newer request or successful sign-in.
Finish first-time setup
Confirm your name, review the application terms and privacy policy, choose the available plan, and select how you want to begin. You can connect a store immediately or enter the sample workspace first.
Explore without live store data
Sample data lets you inspect orders, listings, materials, financials, workflow settings, and print bundles without changing a real shop. The guided walkthrough opens from Help and can be replayed later.
- Sample names, orders, and inventory are fictional.
- Connecting a store replaces the starter workspace with imported shop data.
- The walkthrough does not save changes while it demonstrates controls.
