Step 1
Connect a store and choose listings to use
- Choose a marketplace and complete its sign-in process and authorize the Meldsy app connection.

Choose the marketplace tab, review the access summary, and start the connection. - Expand Listing selection for the connected shop.
- Include the listings you want Meldsy to use, choose whether newly discovered listings should be included automatically, and save.

Include only the storefront listings that should appear in Meldsy orders, financials, materials, and listing setup. - Wait for the first listing and order refresh to finish.
Step 2
Configure one listing
- Open Listings and choose a listing you make often.

Use the three-dot action button beside the listing you want to configure. - Add its material recipe and production costs.
- Add packing supplies and customer instructions if the listing needs them.
- Review the Can Make estimate, which uses the inventory available in Meldsy.
Step 3
Run a real order through the workflow
- Open Orders and select an open order.

The order card keeps the next workflow action, due date, and packing details together. - Move it through the production stages as work progresses.
- Review any post-production material choices.
- Open the print bundle and confirm the packing documents and shipping label.
Use Overview as your daily queue
Overview groups urgent orders by when they need attention and shows materials that may run short. Open a card to jump to the matching order or material.

- Use the next 48 hours, next 72 hours, and next week groups to plan production.
- Check Ready to Ship before starting new work.
- For a material alert, record inventory that has arrived, mark a purchase as ordered, snooze it for seven days, or dismiss the current warning.
What to set up next
Once one listing and order work from start to finish, add more stores, link matching listings, enable quantity sync only where inventory is shared, and adjust the workflow and print settings as needed.
