Find, review, and update listings

Use listing filters, view modes, bulk actions, quantity editing, and suggested matches without changing unrelated setup.

Find the listings you need

Search by title or SKU, filter by store or marketplace section, and choose the amount of detail that fits the task.

Use the search and filters before selecting listings or opening a listing action.
  • Lite keeps the list compact.
  • Standard shows the normal setup summary.
  • Detailed exposes more saved setup and variation information.

Apply one change to several listings

Select listings, choose a bulk action, and review the scope before applying it. Bulk actions can set shared materials, production costs, marketplace quantities, customer instructions, or hide listings from Meldsy.

Edit marketplace quantities manually

  1. Select up to 30 listings or open one listing’s action menu.
  2. Choose Edit quantities.
  3. Enter a whole-number quantity for each editable variation, or apply one quantity to all shown variations.
Edit listing quantities window with sample variation quantities.
Review every variation before sending the new available quantities to the marketplace.
  4. Review the number of listings that will change, then update.

Review suggested cross-store matches

After a store refresh, Meldsy may suggest listings that appear to represent the same sellable item. Open the review, compare the identifiers and variations, and confirm only the matches you recognize.

When eBay relists a linked item

When a listing refresh confirms the active replacement, Meldsy moves the existing cross-store link and copies the previous listing’s Meldsy setup to the replacement. The inactive, superseded listing stays available for historical orders but is hidden from the listing workspace and Listing selection to prevent a duplicate.

  • The replacement must not already belong to a different linked group or contain conflicting Meldsy setup.
  • Automatic quantity sync is rechecked after the replacement is transferred.
  • If Meldsy cannot transfer the relist safely, the existing link is left unchanged and the refresh reports that the relist needs attention.
