Link a matching pair
- Open a listing’s actions and choose Link or manage listings.
- Select the matching listing from another connected store.
- Review which listing’s Meldsy setup should become primary.

Choose which listing setup to keep
If both listings already have materials, costs, packing, or instructions, choose the setup Meldsy should keep before linking them. Later edits apply to the linked listing group.
Choose whether quantities should sync
Linking listings shares their Meldsy setup. It does not sync marketplace quantities unless you enable that separately. Only enable quantity sync when both listings represent the same sellable inventory and their variations can be mapped one-to-one.
Unlink without losing the wrong setup
When unlinking, choose whether each detached listing keeps or clears its Meldsy setup. Clearing removes its recipe, costs, packing setup, instructions, and variation rules from Meldsy; it does not delete the marketplace listing or order.
