Listings

Choose which listings Meldsy uses

Include or exclude storefront listings and understand the effect on orders, financials, materials, and linked quantity sync.

Include or exclude listings

  1. Open Settings, then Connections.
  2. Expand Listing selection for the shop.
  3. Search by title, SKU, or listing ID.
  4. Choose the listings to include, set whether new listings should be included automatically, and save.

    Use the checkboxes to control which storefront listings Meldsy incorporates.

What exclusion changes

  • The listing no longer appears in Meldsy’s listing workspace.
  • Any order containing an excluded listing is left out entirely so order totals remain internally consistent.
  • Those orders are also left out of financial totals and material-usage reporting.
  • The listing’s Meldsy recipe, costs, packing setup, and instructions remain stored.

Restore a listing

  1. Return to the shop’s Listing selection.
  2. Include the listing again and save.

    Select the excluded listing’s checkbox before saving the selection.
  3. Allow listing and order refreshes to finish.
  4. Review the listing’s setup and any linked-listing settings.

Control newly discovered listings

Keep Automatically include new listings on when most new listings belong in Meldsy. Turn it off when the shop contains drafts, digital listings, supplies, or other listings that should be reviewed before import.
