Check the visible scope first

- Confirm the date range and whether it uses order dates.
- Confirm the selected storefront and currency.
- Check whether you are looking at open, closed, canceled, or refunded work.
- Look for an excluded listing on the missing order.
Check cost setup
- Open the listing and review its material amounts and production costs.
- Confirm materials have the expected unit cost and compatible units.
- Review variation-specific material choices and post-production selections.
- Determine whether the order uses a frozen historical cost.
Resolve missing seller-paid shipping
An Etsy order may finish syncing without a label cost when the label was bought elsewhere or combined with another order. Meldsy temporarily uses $0 shipping and flags the order instead of guessing.
- Open Financials and choose Review these closed orders.
- Check the missing-shipping filter.
- Open the order total breakdown and enter the actual seller-paid amount.
- Use Retry all first when the marketplace should provide the cost but the earlier request may have been incomplete.
When exact eBay earnings are unavailable
Gross sales and available fees can still appear, but exact payout and profit remain pending when eBay has not granted its restricted order-earnings permission. Review the eBay connection and approve the requested access when it is available. Meldsy leaves the result pending instead of estimating it.
Review fixed costs and adjustments
If a completed order still uses live estimates, reconcile or review its costs. If a frozen order needs a correction, add a dated adjustment; do not expect a later material-price edit to change the preserved snapshot.
Refresh marketplace data
If revenue, fees, refunds, or order state changed on the marketplace, refresh the affected shop and wait for the job to finish before comparing again.
Send a support request
Include the shop, marketplace order number, the date range and filters you used, the total you expected, and the total Meldsy displayed. Do not include passwords, one-time connection keys, or customer details that are not needed to investigate.
