Configure the print bundle layout

Choose the paper, reusable document components, page order, and split-page layout used for order bundles.

Choose what to print for each order

Add the pages your packing station needs. Meldsy uses this layout whenever you open an order’s print bundle.

  • Packing slip: order and packing details.
  • Shipping label: the matching marketplace PDF.
  • Instructions: the QR link, printable image, or both assigned to the listing.
  • Thank-you message: the message saved in Settings.

Design the reusable bundle layout

  1. Open Settings, then Print bundle.
  2. Choose 4 × 6 or Letter paper and the correct orientation.
Meldsy Print bundle setup showing paper size and orientation controls.
Set the printer’s paper size and orientation before arranging pages.
  3. Add or drag the Packing slip, Shipping label, Instructions, and Thank-you message components onto the page preview.
Meldsy Print bundle settings showing the four draggable document components.
Choose the reusable documents that belong in every order bundle.
  4. Drop a component onto either half of a page to create a split layout, or between pages to create a new page.
Meldsy drag-and-drop page preview showing arranged print-bundle components.
Drop components onto a page, use either half for a split layout, and drag page handles to change the bundle order.
  5. For a split 4 × 6 page, turn on Rotate split items 90° when both half-page components need to print sideways for the printer or cutter feed.
Meldsy Print bundle setup showing the Rotate split items 90 degrees option for a split 4 by 6 page.
Rotate the two half-page components when their printed orientation needs to match the printer or cutter feed.
  6. Drag page handles to reorder pages, then save the setup.

Set up the pages in the bundle

Save customer instructions and the thank-you message before arranging the layout. Set up the Label Bridge if the bundle includes a shipping label.

Test the saved layout

  1. Open an order that has customer instructions attached.
  2. Open its print bundle.
  3. Add or receive the matching shipping label if the layout includes one.
  4. Review every page and split before generating the PDF.
Create print bundle window for a sample order with instructions and a two-page preview.
Use a real order to confirm that the saved component order and page splits print as intended.
