Install the Label Bridge
- Use Meldsy’s signed installer in Firefox, or open the Chrome Web Store listing in Chrome or Edge.

Install the Label Bridge for the most direct shipping-label workflow. - Approve the browser’s installation prompt.
- Refresh any Meldsy tab that was already open.
- Allow the browser to update the extension automatically.
Send a label directly to its order
- Open the matching order’s print bundle in Meldsy.
- Choose the action to purchase or open the marketplace label.

Always begin from the matching Meldsy order so the returned label goes to the correct bundle. - Buy or open the label, then download or print its PDF normally.
- The Label Bridge returns the PDF to the originating print bundle and closes only the marketplace and viewer tabs it opened.
Use Downloads matching as a fallback
Chrome and Edge can let Meldsy scan one local folder for a PDF whose order number matches the open bundle. Try the current Downloads folder first; if the browser blocks it, create a Meldsy Labels folder inside Downloads or Documents.
- Open the browser’s Downloads settings and choose the folder where marketplace labels will be saved.
- Turn off the setting that asks where to save every download.
- Open an order’s print bundle and choose Connect Downloads.
- Select the same folder and allow read-only access.
- Download the label, return to Meldsy, and choose Scan again if it is not detected immediately.
Choose the PDF manually when needed
Drag the matching PDF onto the shipping-label preview or use the file picker. Manual selection works in every supported browser and remains the dependable fallback when a handoff or folder match is unavailable.

If a label does not return
- Make sure the marketplace page was opened from the matching Meldsy order.
- Finish or close an earlier handoff before starting another.
- Confirm the PDF filename contains the matching marketplace order number.
- Refresh Meldsy after installing or updating the Label Bridge.
- For Downloads matching, confirm the PDF reached the connected folder and choose Scan again.
- Use the PDF picker in the print bundle as the final fallback.
