1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Meldsy or connecting an Etsy shop, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Data Use Disclosure. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and be authorized to access every shop you connect.
2. The service
Meldsy helps physical-product sellers organize production stages, listings, materials, inventory, production and packing costs, shipping costs, and estimated profitability. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn as the service evolves.
The current Etsy integration requests read-only transaction, shop, and listing scopes. Meldsy does not place orders, edit Etsy listings, contact buyers, send tracking messages, or replace Etsy checkout.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use Meldsy only for shops and information you are authorized to manage.
- Keep your Meldsy and Etsy accounts secure and revoke access you no longer want to grant.
- Review synced information and estimates before making operational, tax, accounting, or financial decisions.
- Comply with Etsy's terms, policies, and applicable laws.
- Do not use Meldsy to scrape Etsy, send unsolicited communications, train AI models, or access information unrelated to your seller activity.
4. Etsy relationship
Meldsy is solely provided by its independent application developer. Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates do not provide Meldsy and make no warranties about Meldsy or data accessed through it.
Etsy is not a party to these Application Terms and has no obligations to you arising from Meldsy. Your use of Etsy remains governed by your separate agreement with Etsy.
5. Data and permissions
Your use of Meldsy is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Data Use Disclosure explains the information Meldsy accesses, why it is used, and how it is retained.
6. Estimates are not professional advice
Profit, margin, materials, fees, tax, inventory, and shipping figures are operational estimates based on synced and seller-entered data. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Meldsy does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
7. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meldsy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. The application developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from Meldsy, Etsy, synced data, or decisions made using the service. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Ending use and changes
You may stop using Meldsy and revoke Etsy authorization at any time. Meldsy may suspend access when needed to protect users, the service, Etsy data, or legal compliance. Material changes to these terms will use a new update date and may require renewed acceptance.
9. Support
