Orders & workflow

Print an order bundle

Open an order, review its configured documents, add the matching label, and generate the final PDF.

Open the bundle from the order

Use the print action on the order you are packing. The bundle stays tied to that order so its customer instructions, label handoff, and document choices remain attached to the correct order.

Check the bundle before printing

Create print bundle window for a sample order with instructions and a two-page preview.
Review the order summary and every configured page before generating the PDF.
  • Confirm the order and customer details.
  • Check the packing slip and thank-you message.
  • Confirm the intended customer instructions were selected for the listing and variation.
  • Review the page order, paper size, orientation, and split-page arrangement.

How instructions work for multi-item orders

The saved bundle layout places the primary instruction set in its configured slot. If other line items use different instruction sets, Meldsy adds each additional QR link or instruction image once so the buyer receives every distinct set needed for the order.

Override the thank-you message for one bundle

When the bundle includes a thank-you message, choose Override to change its title or message for this order only. Use <buyer_name> to insert the buyer’s name, or reset to the saved shop message.

Order-specific thank-you changes stay with this bundle and do not replace the saved shop message.

Add the matching shipping label

Use the Label Bridge for the direct browser handoff. Downloads matching in Chrome or Edge and manual PDF selection remain available as fallbacks. Confirm the order number before using the label.

Start the label workflow from this order, or add its matching PDF manually when needed.

Generate and print the PDF

  1. Check every preview page for missing or duplicated content.
  2. If the label is not ready, choose Generate without a shipping label only when you intend to print that page separately later.
  3. Generate the bundle PDF.
  4. Confirm the browser print settings match the saved paper size and orientation, then print or save it.
