Troubleshoot Meldsy and contact support

Use a safe diagnostic checklist and send support the details needed to investigate quickly.

Try these checks first

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the correct Meldsy account and shop.
  2. Note the exact error and what you clicked immediately before it appeared.
  3. Refresh the affected shop once and wait for the refresh to finish.
  4. Reload Meldsy and try the same action again.

Check the feature’s scope

  • For missing orders or totals, review Listing selection and active filters.
  • For linked quantities, review both store permissions and the variation mapping.
  • For labels, confirm the handoff began from the matching order.
  • For Bambuddy, inspect the local bridge logs and connection status.

Send a support request

Open Help inside Meldsy and use the support form. Include the shop name, marketplace, order or listing ID, approximate time, what you expected, what happened, and the exact visible error. The Report a bug action also includes the active Meldsy screen.

Meldsy Help window with the email support form expanded using sample identity details.
Use the Email option in Help to send the shop name and exact visible error.

Keep private information out of support messages

  • Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
  • Do not send Bambuddy API keys or Meldsy bridge connection keys.
  • Include customer details only when they are necessary to identify the issue.
