Read the marketing summary
The cards above the Marketing tabs show the current number of drafts, scheduled Pins, and published Pins. The click-through-rate card combines clicks and impressions from Pins published by Meldsy.
- Drafts are waiting for approval or a missing decision.
- Scheduled Pins are waiting for their publish time.
- Published Pins have a saved Pinterest result.
- Click-through rate is clicks divided by impressions.
Review the calendar
Calendar combines drafts, scheduled Pins, recent published Pins, failures, and paused work. Each entry uses the same fanned photo preview as campaign setup, so every saved carousel photo is visible alongside its listing, board when assigned, planned or published time, and any visible error.

- Choose Approve on a draft after reviewing every photo in the fanned preview, plus its title, caption, time, and board.
- A multi-listing campaign keeps one unpublished Pin here at a time. After that Pin is published, its successor appears immediately with the next planned time.
- Choose Pause on scheduled work that should not publish yet.
- Remove an unpublished entry when it is no longer needed.
- Choose Refresh to process due marketing work and reload the calendar; hourly metric timing still applies.
Manage campaigns
Campaigns stores the reusable schedule behind manually created Pins. Choose Create campaign in this tab to open the campaign window. A campaign can contain one listing or a shuffled set of listings, and it can run once or repeat after the set is complete.

- A one-time campaign is marked Completed only after its final Pin is published. A final Pin awaiting approval, scheduled to publish, paused, or failed keeps the campaign unfinished.
- Use Show all, Show active, or Show completed. Meldsy remembers the last filter selected in this browser for the signed-in account.
- Edit changes the remaining schedule. When listings are added or removed, only the unposted listings are reshuffled.
- Clone opens a new campaign with the same settings and a fresh listing cycle.
- Delete asks for confirmation, removes unpublished Pins from that campaign, and keeps published Pins and analytics.
- Pause an active campaign to keep it from creating more Pins, then Resume when the listings and schedule are ready again.
What happens when a listing changes
A scheduled entry or repeating campaign pauses when its listing becomes inactive, excluded, out of stock, or low stock under an enabled rule. A valid restock can resume eligible work or create a new draft when the Restocked rule is enabled.
Resolve work that needs attention
- For a missing board, assign one in the draft or set an automatic board mapping.
- For a disconnected account, reconnect Pinterest and review scheduled work.
- For a failed Pin, read the visible error before retrying.
- For an uncertain publish result, check the intended Pinterest board before taking another action.
