Before you connect
- Sign in to the marketplace account (Etsy, eBay, etc.) that you intend to sync.
- Confirm the shop name before approving access, especially if you manage more than one.
- For eBay, confirm the account and marketplace region are the ones you intend to manage.
Authorize the connection
- Open Settings, then Connections.
- Choose Connect for the marketplace you want to add.
Choose the storefront you are authorizing, then start its connection. - Review the marketplace permissions and approve access.
- Return to Meldsy. The connection card should show the shop name and begin discovery.
Choose which listings appear in Meldsy
Include the listings you make or manage in Meldsy. Included listings appear in orders, financials, materials, and listing setup. You can change the selection later without deleting anything from the marketplace.
Let the first refresh finish
Listings are imported first, followed by order history. Larger shops can take longer. You can keep using Meldsy while background refreshes finish, but totals may change until the first import is complete.
