Etsy shows the transaction and fulfillment status. Meldsy adds a seller-controlled production workflow so a physical item can move through the steps required before it is ready to pack.

Can I customize the production stages?＋

Yes. Choose stage names that match your shop—for example preparation, making, curing, quality check, packing, and ready to ship.

Does Meldsy change my Etsy orders?＋

No. The current Etsy connection is read-only. Meldsy organizes the seller's production work without editing listings, messaging buyers, or changing orders in Etsy.

Does Meldsy automatically batch similar products?＋

Not currently. The queue keeps order and product details visible, but we do not claim automated production batching before that feature is available.
